FALL 2008 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I register? Registration can only be done online. We accept payment via credit card, check, or cash. If you are unable to register online, you can come into our office and someone will help you with the online registration there. Registration runs from 7/15-8/31.
How much is registration? Pee-Wee League (5-7 yrs old): $75.00 per player (includes $15 Uniform Fee) Uniform Fee waived if you have 2008 LND Uniform already.
AA/Minor/Major Clinic (8-12 yrs old): $60 per player. No uniform needed. Do I need to buy a uniform? Pee-Wee division needs uniform for games. If you already have a 2008 LND uniform, you do not need to purchase a new one. If not, the uniform fee is $15.00. Uniforms will be given out at first game by coach.
Do boys and girls play on the same team? Yes, but it is baseball only. There is no softball.
When does the season begin? Saturday, September 13th. The season ends October 22nd.
When will I hear from my coach? Your coach will send an e-mail/call about a full week before the start of the season.
What days/time are games played? Games/Clinics are held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons between 1-5PM @ Linnaeus Memorial Field (229th St and 57th Ave.)
What if I want my child to play with his/her friends? We try to accommodate as many requests as we can, but given coaching situations, roster sizes, and our desire to create balanced teams it is not always possible. You should note any requests in the “Comments” field on the online registration.
